Managers Meeting

For those of you who weren't in the office today, the CBWS Managers' Meeting was held downstairs in our conference room today.
It was very nice to have everyone attend and view our "new" office space.
Here is a photo from the meeting.
We hope to have them all visit again in the future.
Homebuyer Tax Credit - Extended and Expanded
Congress voted this to extend the $8,000 First-time Homebuyer Tax Credit and created an additional $6,500 credit for existing property owners looking to sell their home and buy another. The tax credit for both programs (first-time homebuyers and existing homeowners) will apply to all written binding contracts in effect by April 30, 2010 and closed by June 30, 2010.
Both credits have income restrictions limiting their availability and are applicable only for single-family residences.
The National Association of REALTORS® and the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS® will provide additional details soon.

Trick or Treat for the Troops
Don't forget to bring in new, packaged DVDs to send to the troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and other regions.We have a Trick or Treat for the Troops box located in our lower level entrance area by Kathy's desk.

Learn your vulnerabilities as a real estate agent, prevention strategies to protect yourself and general escape plans and tools. Attendees will also
participate in self-defense training such as breaking "holds" and striking techniques.
