Mandatory Sales Meeting

We will be having a mandatory sales meeting on Tuesday, March 3, at 9:00 at Indiana Wesleyan University. Please make sure you make every attempt to attend.

If you can't make it, Larry will be holding the same meeting that evening at 6:30 p.m. at the Fairfield Office. Please attend one or the other. Thank you.

Moving Timeline

Timeline for the move next week:

 

Monday (3/2) & Tuesday (3/3)

Loth will be delivering furniture to Union Centre

 

Wednesday, March 4

12:00 p.m. – West Chester: phones diverted to Fairfield, network disconnected, start moving furniture and boxes to Union Centre

No Phone duty at West Chester after 12:00

 

Thursday, March 5

Phones should be working at Union Centre, West Chester phone duty agents start at Union Centre.

If you dial 777-7900, you will get Union Centre.  If you dial 829-4000, calls will still go to Fairfield.

(If there is technical difficulties with the phone system, all calls will remain diverted to Fairfield until fixed)

Computers will be connected at Union Centre

 

Friday, March 6

12:00 p.m. – Fairfield: phones changed to Union Centre and start moving furniture and boxes to Union Centre

 

We will then officially become the Union Centre Regional Office!!!!

 

Shamrock Shuffle

Get Lucky on the Square!

The Union Centre Regional Office is sponsoring the
2009 Shamrock Shuffle 5k & 10k Run/Walk, Breakfast, & Block Party!
March 14th from 7:30am-10:00am.

There will be an estimated 2,000 people on our front door!
We will be giving away coffee mugs with The POWER of Sold BARS & offering free coffee, juice, & green (yes GREEN) hot chocolate as well as balloons for the kids.
Dingle House Irish Pub will also be having "kegs & eggs."

If you would like to help us pass out the goodies, please contact any of the office staff & they will mark you down.

Sales Meeting 2/26 6:30 p.m.

If you were unable to attend the sales meeting on Tuesday, 2/24, please make every attempt to attend a special sales meeting the Larry will be holding at the West Chester office on Thursday, 2/26, at 6:30 p.m.  Some agents are a little out of the loop regarding the move, so Larry would like to discuss the move with anyone who was not at the sales meeting Tuesday.
